8pm

On a sunday night is a bleak bleak hour, you are still frantically trying to squeeze the last out of the weekend including the million things you wanted to still knit. You are getting bread out the freezer for lunch, you are trying to remember where your work pass is.
Its not a fun hour, I am trying not to get the back to work blues, i have achieved lots whilst i have been off but still struggle when people have asked, so what did you do? Erm i sat and did some knitting, saw a few people etc lol

So i am trying to look forward, i am not to get sad about how cold it is getting, it just means i can wear cute hats, and it also means that time is going forward and therefore our house is also going forward.

So as promised i have a some layouts to share with you today

Im really trying to use some old stuff up, those brads at the top i have had forever and ever, and i have used some rub ons for the title which i never use. The photo was taken at the awesome Alice in wonderland party, and i have been meaning to scrap it for ages.
This is of course laura's wedding, everyone sat waiting for her to make her grand entrance. I have tried to use a couple of older items, the journalling card i got in America so at least a year old and some of the tiny alphas which i know i have had for a while.

I also wanted to show you a bolero that i finished recently
Sorry for the cheesy photos, this bolero was done using a huge huge needle and a 5mm needle which gives this funny effect, i have had this on the go for ages but its finally finished.

So my last day, i got up early, finished off my first 'fetching' mitt, started the other, watched a film and went out to lunch with my parents who came down for a flying visit, then more knitting and more films, sure will be a shock going back tomo. However tomorrow evening i am doing something quite different, Rob and I are going to a special screening, in a old cinema of Its a Wonderful Life, now i am a big fan of xmas and of xmas films but i have never clicked with this one, so Rob said we should go, so im gonna try.

Right best get back to those millions of things i have to do.

Loving the layouts. The beach one is fab especially the folder tab. The waiting for the bride pic is a good idea too.
Good luck with the back to work blues!
