So i thought i would show you how i am getting on with my knitting.
My 2nd sock is coming along nicely, will be pleased when its done though, still loving this wool yum yum everyone seems to think its christmassy but im not so sure.
I have finally started the stupidly name February Ladies Sweater
Erm i havent got very far yet and i think there is a good chuck of garter stitch then its all lace lace lace which scares me quite a bit.
So what are you working on? you joining in WIP?
Right im gonna finish this section of my sock and then need to learn and master a button band.

The sock is coming along beautifully. Those are excellent colors, ignore anyone who thinks they're just for Christmas. I think the February Lady Sweater is named for the month it came out in Elizabeth Zimmerman's Knitter's Almanac or maybe her newsletters. Good luck with yours!

I'm having EXACTLY the same kind of week. Your sock is looking great though, and I think it looks more like Spring than Christmas, but that might just be wishful thinking on my part. Don't fear the button band! It'll be easier than you think. :)
I love the colour of your sock, there's some great colours for sock yarn. I'm nearing the end of my latest pair of socks, then I'll be casting on..........another pair of socks probably, I'm addicted to them.
